This Shipping & Return Policy is subject to and must be read in conjunction with Liquor Boutique’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies available at LiquorBoutique.com.
Processing Time
Standard order processing time is one (1) to seven (7) business days, depending on order volume, inventory availability, and seasonal demand. During peak periods, including holidays and promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Liquor Boutique strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible while prioritizing order accuracy, compliance, and quality control.
Please note: Selecting expedited shipping services (including UPS Next Day Air) does not accelerate Liquor Boutique’s internal processing time. Carrier fees are paid directly to the shipping provider and do not affect processing priority unless Expedited Processing is purchased.
Expedited Processing
For time-sensitive orders, Liquor Boutique offers Expedited Processing for a $29.99 fee, which guarantees that your order will ship within twenty-four (24) business hours of purchase.
Examples:

Order placed on Tuesday → ships by Wednesday

Order placed on Friday → ships by Monday
If Liquor Boutique fails to meet this 24-business-hour processing guarantee, the $29.99 expedited processing fee will be fully refunded.
Expedited Processing applies to internal handling only and does not affect carrier transit times.

Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Liquor Boutique does not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at Liquor Boutique’s sole discretion and are subject to the following terms:

A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the product was shipped free of charge due to a promotion, a $40.00 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to Liquor Boutique due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or customer unavailability:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund

Shipping charges will not be refunded

If free promotional shipping was used, a $40.00 deduction will apply
If the returned item arrives damaged due to failed delivery or refusal, no refund will be issued, and the customer remains responsible for the full purchase price.
Free Shipping Codes
Discount codes offering free shipping apply only to UPS Ground Shipping, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an alternative shipping method is selected without payment of the applicable surcharge, the order will automatically default to UPS Ground Shipping.
Misuse of Discount Codes and Promotions
Promotional offers, discount codes, and free shipping incentives are limited to one use per customer, household, or transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to circumvent these limits—including but not limited to splitting orders to reuse a promotion—is strictly prohibited. Liquor Boutique reserves the right to cancel any related orders without notice.
Refunds, if issued, will be processed at Liquor Boutique’s discretion after deducting any applicable processing, restocking, or shipping costs. Continued misuse may result in account suspension and loss of eligibility for future promotions.
By using any promotional or free shipping code, you agree to these terms.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges or store credit are considered only in the following situations:
Damaged Products
If your order arrives significantly damaged and you purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout, you may be eligible for:

A replacement (if the item is in stock), or

Store credit equal to the item’s purchase price, including shipping (if the item is out of stock)
Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product and original packaging must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order receipt:

Liquor Boutique will provide a prepaid return label

Once the incorrect item is returned, the correct item will be shipped
If the correct item is no longer available, store credit equal to the purchase price will be issued.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped, you may request a cancellation. Approval is at Liquor Boutique’s sole discretion.

A ten percent (10%) cancellation fee may be deducted from any approved refund
Orders that have entered the fulfillment process cannot be canceled.
