I needed a specific bottle for my boss's retirement party, Isabella was AMAZING! My company logo is a racehorse, so I needed Blanton's and my boss's name starts with a "T", and she went and found the Blanton's bottle with the "T" stopper, and even gift wrapped it for free, I was truly touched and so very grateful. Customer service? 1 to 10? for certain, a 20! :) Thank you so much!!

Through no fault of its own Liquor Boutique was not able to fill my order in full. I ordered six bottles of a particular tequila and LB had only three in stock. Andrew called me directly, and practically immediately, to ask how I wanted to proceed. Rather than guess what I would want LB reached out and asked. I appreciated that.

dont take so long sending it

The delivery was great. However,one of the bottles seems to be slightly defective. The bottle has a cork style top and once we got it opened we are unable to put the cork top back in. This is the 1st time this has ever happened.

Like most people, I’ve ordered things online and wondered after hitting purchase if I’d ever see the product or if it was just a scam. I was ready to call my bank to cancel the transaction, but I didn’t—and I’m glad I didn’t. I received everything exactly as promised, nicely sealed and shipped with air and bubble wrap—double protection! It was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure I got every drop. Shipping was fast, and I’ve already recommended the place to a few friends who I’m sure will enjoy it just as much. The insurance was a bit pricey, but for the extra quality, I’d rather pay a few bucks more and be satisfied than pay less and risk it arriving empty. Liquor Boutique gets a solid 10 out of 10 from me!

Ordered a Bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue with engraving, whilst there was issues with shipping, the owner kept me updated with emails and phone calls.
Engraving looks great and can't wait to give this to my husband for his birthay.

I ordered a 3-pack bundle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon last week. My order came this past Friday. All bottles were secure and packed securely. I would definitely order again from Liquor Boutique.

Absolutely would not hesitate to purchase from this store. Beyond Expectations. FAST service and kuddos to whoever wrapped the 2 bottles of Blantons. He/she should be teaching a class!
