Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Crafted using a high-rye bourbon mash bill, this sought-after expression delivers rich notes of caramel, vanilla, dark cherry, toasted oak, and warm baking spices. Its single barrel character offers a distinctive balance of sweetness, oak, and spice.

Weller Aged 12 Years Bourbon Whiskey is a highly regarded wheated bourbon aged for 12 years and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). By using wheat instead of rye as its secondary grain, Weller 12 Year develops a softer, smoother flavor profile featuring caramel, vanilla, honey, butterscotch, dark fruit, and mature oak.

Together, these two premium bourbons showcase the differences between high-rye and wheated bourbon mash bills, offering an exceptional opportunity to explore two distinctive expressions from Buffalo Trace Distillery.
