If my order isn’t replaced, then having insurance is useless

There was no way those bottles were going to break. Shipping insurance was a, waste on top of the expensive shipping

I’m not happy, I ordered a bottle of Blantons liquor and the top was broken.
Still waiting to receive a new top for my bottle.
I was told that it would be delivered soon, it’s been a few weeks and has not yet been received!!!
