Lobos 1707 Artesanal Mezcal is made with 100% Agave Angustifolia (Maguey Espadin), roasted in an open, conical Oaxacan fire pit, then ground in an Egyptian stone mill. According to the label, this mezcal is flavored using Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels from Spain. Lobos 1707 is marketed towards mezcal lovers and rookies alike.
